Another little postie to tell you about new dvd’s a couple of friends of mine have out / are releasing.

Bondage artist Esinem has just released a new tuition DVD in two volumes. It quite comprehensively covers things such as technique and safety, and is a pretty good place to start for anyone interested in learning Shibari… and an absolute must for any photographer who’s ever asked a model to do a bondage shoot using the line “course I know what I’m doin’ luv, I was in the boy scouts.” (I’m sure all us bondage models have had a few of those at one time or another… *cough* safety *cough*)

And as if that wasn’t enough for you rope enthusiasts, Bob Bentley will be releasing a feature length documentary entitled ‘The Pleasure of Rope’ in 2012. I’m so excited about finally seeing the finished product, as I’ve been taking part in the filming on and off for at least a year now. It features some of the best known international bondage artists, footage from Toubaku and The London Festival and looks set to be quite spectacular.
