… none of which have anything to do with it being the start of a new year.
Firstly, because I don’t ‘do‘ New Year. More than that, in fact; I’ve actually developed a bit of a complex which which results in my actively dreading new years eve for weeks in advance of the event itself. You’d think that this would leave me reasonably well prepared, but this year it somehow actually managed to be far worse than I’d expected, though I strongly suspect that the timely dose of flu may well have had something to do with it. Said flu has also made me feel far too ill to smoke, but I’d like to point out here that the 5 or 6 days I’ve gone without a cigarette (a bloody record) to date have nothing to do with new years resolutions and are totally coincidental – despite the fact that I don’t believe in coincidences… we’ll call this the exception to the rule.
And secondly, because these shots were taken sometime around September and my posting them on the second of January is also completely coincidental, making this the second exception to the rule of the fundamental interconnectedness of all things in as many sentences.
Any how, I’m waffling once again. These photos were taken by Stefano Brunesci; this is the second shoot I’ve done with him and more of his awesome work can be seen on his website here.
Here’s a pretty blue photo…
And another cool moody one…
Here’s one with extra shiny…
One where you’d never guess I was nude…
And one that’s all girly…

I like the blue one but the 'girly' one is beautiful.
the second one is my favourite .. btw Im the same about new year… I hate it with a passion… even total denial of he event ends up enforcing its happening !!
ah yes, the second one (or, the one with the most black in it).
I'm glad I'm not the only one… I normally put a lot of effort in to pretending it's not happening… but this year I genuinely forgot about it about a week before, which meant I was totally unprepared and therefore somewhat unarmed
Ooh, these are gorgeous! Hope you feel better soon… and Happy New Year!
*ducks and runs for cover*
Interesting photographs. You have wonderful hair!
@ERosanne. Aw, thank you!
I'm feeling much better thanks, and don't worry, I'm not in the habit of throwing things at NYE celebrators (Is that I word? It sounds a bit sci-fi to me.)
xx
@GIF Thank you!
